Introduce your little one to weaning with this veg-packed purée. Combine any of these three root vegetables (150g each): carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin, swede and parsnip.


  1. Boil or steam vegetables for 18-20 minutes until tender.
  2. Purée the veggies until very smooth, with some of the cooking liquid. You can also mix it with a little breast- or formula milk.
